Collaborative Support for Completion Preparation: -

PURCHASE TRANSACTION: -

Once the deposit is received and contracts are exchanged, we check if the buyer is securing a mortgage. If so, we prepare the Certificate of Title to request the mortgage advance and follow up with the lender for confirmation. We also review the seller solicitors’ undertakings to ensure compliance with our client’s needs. Finally, we prepare the completion statement and submit it to the Fee Earner for approval, along with a request for the client’s balance.

SALE TRANSACTION: -

We work closely with Fee Earners to ensure files are prepared efficiently for completion. Our team assists in requesting redemption statements from lenders through various channels, liaising with management companies and landlords for leasehold transactions, and preparing accurate completion statements. We provide comprehensive support to ensure the file is fully prepared for completion.
