At the File Opening stage, upon receiving client instructions and the Memorandum of Sale, we promptly update our client database. We prepare a draft contract pack, including key documents like the TR1 form, Exchange Contract, and Protocol Form. We also request Office Copies and the Title Plan from the Land Registry, ensuring all documents are securely stored. Once the contract pack is ready, it is sent to the client for review and signature. In sale cases with an existing lender, we request the initial redemption statement to ensure a smooth transaction.
